We want you to feel completely confident with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with results, J’ordi offers a 15-day refund policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible, products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with at least 80% of the contents remaining. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept jars that are heavily used or damaged.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately and we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.
To request a return, please email info@ausjordi.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item
