1. Shipping Policy

All J’ordi orders are processed and dispatched from our Australian warehouse within five (5) business days of purchase. 

 

You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number once your order has shipped. Shipping times vary based on your location, but most domestic orders arrive within 3–8 business days from dispatch. International delivery may take 7–15 business days depending on customs clearance.

 

We do not guarantee shipping timelines and are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs. Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery details are correct at checkout. J’ordi is not liable for lost packages due to incorrect address submission.

2. Returns and Refunds

We want you to feel completely confident with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with results, J’ordi offers a 15-day refund policy from the date your order is delivered.

 

To be eligible, products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with at least 80% of the contents remaining. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept jars that are heavily used or damaged.

 

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately and we will replace or refund it at no cost to you.

 

To request a return, please email info@ausjordi.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item

3. Product Use & Guidelines

All ingredients in J’ordi's formula have been independently safety assessed and comply with international cosmetic regulations. However, individuals may experience varying reactions depending on skin or scalp sensitivities.

 

We recommend performing a patch test on skin and/or scalp prior to full use. 

 

Discontinue use if irritation occurs. By purchasing, you acknowledge that results may vary and J’ordi is not liable for allergic or adverse reactions.

 

Our product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and should not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

4. Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us. We collect personal information solely to process orders, provide customer service, and improve site experience. All data is stored securely and never sold to third parties.

 

Payment details are processed via secure encryption systems through our Shopify store and payment partners. We do not store or access your credit card information.
